What programs have we rolled out in the past that have been successful and which ones have failed? What is going to drive them to get involved?

Make Your Wellness Program FunMake sure there is an identifiable brand for the program within your corporate culture by generating a quarky theme and including employees in the development and implementation. Create a community around that brand and have it encompass all demographics, cultures and lifestyles in order to fit your workplace culture. Most importantly, make wellness a fun component of your company culture by providing incentives, support and highlighting achievements. Some wellness program ideas include:
- Start a walking or corporate fitness challenge. Over the spring and summer months, have employees pair up into groups and start tracking their miles walked with pedometers (you can purchase pedometers for $2-$4 per employee).
