Schaumburg, IL (November 13, 2012) – Coming off recent Best Place to Work recognition from both FORTUNE and Business Insurance magazine, Assurance is pleased to announce it has also been selected as one of The Chicago Tribune's Top 100 Workplaces. The Top Workplaces are determined solely on employee feedback through a survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics, LLP, a leading research firm on organizational health and employee engagement.

Besides showcasing employees on external branding pieces, Assurance ‘A' Team members are also key components of a dynamic culture based on educational opportunities, charity and wellness. Currently, 84% of employees participate in continuing education courses, and they celebrate a 90% passage rate on insurance certification exams. Community involvement through the employee-driven Assurance Caring Together (ACT) program has culminated into more than 10,500 labor hours donated to local charities and one paid day off for employees to volunteer each year.
